WHY IT MATTERS
A heated reply, a remark that crosses a line. In busy channels these are easy to miss, until they’re much harder to resolve.
Vansa Bot checks new messages in the public channels you choose and flags potential concerns while they’re still small.
Concerns go to a private channel for your reviewers as a card with the category, a model severity estimate and a link to the original message. Nothing happens automatically: your team decides.
Reviewers resolve or dismiss each concern with a private note, so your team can see what was handled and by whom.
AT HOME IN SLACK
From the first invitation to the final review, keep your team in the loop. Explore the experience below.

Start with selected public channels. Members see a notice when checks are activated.

KEEP THE DECISION HUMAN
Some conversations need a closer look.
Give your team a clear place to start.
A potential concern is a prompt to review. Your team considers the original message and the conversation around it.
Concerns go to a dedicated private channel, where authorized reviewers can claim, dismiss or resolve a case.
The bot surfaces concerns. It does not delete messages, discipline people or make decisions about employees.

GOOD TO KNOW
The bot checks new human messages in selected public channels after activation. Direct messages, private source channels and Slack Connect are outside that scope. The private review channel is a destination for concerns, not a channel being monitored.
The bot is designed to route potential concerns for human review. It does not delete messages or make decisions about employees. Authorized reviewers assess the context and decide what happens next.
Connect your workspace to your own Vansa API key. Selected message text is sent to Vansa for evaluation against your criteria. The bot uses those results and your tolerance setting to decide what to send for review.
Use Add Vansa Bot to Slack for a pilot installation, then follow the setup steps. Your workspace may require an administrator’s approval for apps. If Slack prevents installation, contact [email protected].
